Something for the Weekend #10

This week was rather uneventful and I am quite glad that the weekend is finally here. I worked a lot. Also, the weather was fantastic, and we had a little rooftop celebration on the roof of our office building, including stunning views of the Alps.

Erin Boyles of Reading My Tea Leaves published a few wise words on the need of Logging off. She mentions Manoush Zomorodi and her podcast in the post, so it was quite a coincidence that just a few days later, I found this article about Boredom by said author in NautilusMagazine.

After watching parts of the live stream of the National show at the Elbphilharmonie in Hamburg, I am obsessed with this song. It has been stuck in my head for days.

I can’t wait to try these bottled cocktails from Edition Populaire – a small concept store based in Zurich.

The creations by Notary Ceramics are just divine. I wish I’d live in the States so I could purchase some. I particularly like these “flower frogs” that you can use to create some beautiful arrangements in the Ikebana style.

Also, These monotypes by Renee Gouin are perfect! You can find more of Renee’s art up on her Instagram.

Enjoy & have a great weekend!
