Some evenings my mind keeps spinning, recounting events from the day, pondering all sorts of things and keeping me from a good nights sleep. Fortunately, when this happens, I can close my eyes and think myself back to something I call my happy place. Which, actually is a place that physically exists – at the other end of the world.
I was looking for a print or painting to put on the wall next to our desk. After researching different options, I came across an online print store called The Poster Club, who offer a wide selection of beautiful and unique designs at quite affordable prices.
I want to use the web consciously and I am still in the process of trying out different ways to do this, and I do break the rules I set for myself way too often. However, sharing my thoughts always helps me to stick to a project, and maybe my ramblings will even inspire you to change the ways you consume content on the web.
Get ready to make yourself comfortable on the sofa with a good book and a hot cup of tea or coffee. I am sure there are quite a bunch of unread books waiting on your bookshelf. If not, here are three books you should put on your autumn reading list.
I am still a bit reluctant to admit it, but autumn is fast approaching. To make the transition into autumn a bit easier and less depressing, I noted down five reasons to look forward to the end of summer.

The alarm clock goes off at 6:30 every morning. On a perfect morning, after a little bit of snooze and cuddles with the cat, I will get up with enough time on my hands to dedicate to three things that set the tone for the rest of the day.
Oh, the pleasure of reading! My plan for this year is to read more books that I haven’t gotten around to reading yet, as well as some books I started but never finished. Find my 2017 reading list in the post.
I made quite a few attempts on this review of 2016, but in the end, I decided that instead of giving you a wrap up of the past 12 months with all their ups and downs, I want to focus on the positive stuff. I tried to find one highlight for each month of 2016 that made a lasting impact on me.
I went for a walk in the woods today. I wanted to go looking for some fir cones for our Christmas decorations. I came home empty handed but encountered the most beautiful scenery. Fortunately, I had brought my camera.
I bought my first coffee to go back in the early two-thousands when I had a summer job in Stockholm. I was 18, did not even like coffee that much, but felt super glamorous and grown up, carrying a branded paper cup down the streets of Stockholm. When I got older they turned into pure convenience. Now I want them out of my life.
